How to access and use Webmail?

Please note that the following instructions only apply to those that host their email accounts with Kiswebs.

Step 1

First of all please go to http://webmail.yourdomain.co.uk/ - this is just as your website's address but with 'webmail' instead of 'www'. You will see a Welcome to Horde window.

Step 2

Type in your Username and Password (for Username you can use i.e. 'info' instead of your full email address 'info@yourdomain.co.uk') and click Log in button to see your Webmail panel.

Step 3

To access your email please click on Mail link on the left. If you have any email sitting on the server you will see all of them listed in your Inbox.

Step 4

You can create a new email by clicking on New Message link at the top.

Horde Webmail is an advanced online tool to manage your emails therefore you will notice other options like Filters, Calendar, Address Book, Notes etc. If you wish to learn more about Horde you can use Help facility available by the Help link at the top. Depending on where are you in Horde at the moment Help facility will display different lists of help topics.

Please note, we advise all our clients to use Webmail only when you cannot access your computer and download all your emails when possible using off-line email clients like Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Windows Mail, Mozilla Thunderbird or Mail (for Apple Mac users) - these are more user-friendly tools to manage email accounts and messages. You can also set up additional spam filters for them.
